For an existing order, include your order number. For scanning help, include your exact phone model and whether a notification appears when you tap a wristband or the card. Our scanning guide may answer your question.

For a church or group order, include the number of packs, preferred sizes and colors, delivery country and postal code, and your event date. Each pack includes three wristbands and one NFC card.
